At McCloy Law LLC, we do not specialize in any particular type of law. We are your small-town general practice. We are dedicated to understanding what results you want and help you understand what actions we can take on your behalf. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them. We understand the limitations that come along with a general practice and assure you we will guide you the best way we can, even if that means sending you to a specialist for your type of case.

A graduate from South Texas College of Law, Wil is our home grown attorney with deep roots in our community. With an agricultural background, economics degree and a business owner himself, Wil has the experience and knowledge needed to counsel you in your legal needs.

Caytlin is a graduate from Texas Tech School of Law. She grew up in Levelland, Texas but has moved her family to Spearman. Bringing her expertise in legal research, Caytlin has quickly proven herself to be a major asset to our team! Caytlin is taking on additional clients and is ready to help you, your family, and your business.

Star is from our sweet hometown! She is a graduate of Frank Phillips College. Star is an important asset to our team, she is our billing manager/legal assistant and provides our clients with amazing customer service! She also brings her bilingual services to the firm and will always welcome you into the office with a smile! We are very grateful to have her join our team!
